LEARNPLUS™ offers a Recognition of Current Competency process geared to busy people who have already received some formal or informal training in the fields of adult education or management.
Through an in-depth discussion with your assessor, called a "professional conversation assessment", and by providing the required current workplace evidence of your skill and knowledge you may well meet the requirements of some Unit Standards or a whole national qualification.
Check the qualification you would like to be awarded or check the unit standards in which you feel you are currently demonstrating competence. This will give you an idea of which pathway to pursue.
Our unique, integrated professional conversation assessments could allow you to have a national qualification in no time at all as long as you can describe your knowledge to the assessor and provide the evidence of your skill through a portfolio of specified workplace documents.
